Alexander McQueen Again (Alan, don't look)
Alexander McQueen reprises his boxer ghillies, this time in a more casual ensemble, while taking his bow at his Spring 2008 Ready-to-Wear show.

Rex

I do like them. Now if they weren't fashion but everyday traditional wear...
Excuse me while I duck from a chair thrown by Alan.

Not to offend the "go-as-you-like" crowd, but I think the whole outfit looks stupid.

Thanks for posting the photo!
Hm, I must say his color choice/balance is great! Just needs the sporran chain a bit, um higher. It scares me.

Thanks for the photo, my first thought is that the ensemble is a kilt don't, however he is creating some intrest and getting the kilt out in the public eye, so that is not a bad thing. Ghillies are not my favorite at any time, and those are to my eye down right dreadful.

Am I mistaken but the tartan is of course MacQueen or at least a variation as the red stripes have ben replaced by orange. We've seen these fashon designers offer their renditions of a kilt this is quite acceptable in my opinion although I'm not one for sweatshirts (especially Mickey ) or that casual. Rex you mention that these boots have made an appearance before. Is there pics of those?
