Design Your Own Sporran
Another thread had me poking around on the L&M sporran website. Pardon me if this has been posted previously...but they have a dealie where you can design your own sporran from the multitude of options they offer, and see what it looks like, even up against the background of a number of common tartans, as if you were wearing it.
Warning....it is a temptation....after you've designed exactly what you want they give you a price and ship date....
Sadly, still no dimensions given for their sporrans...such a basic thing. Suppose you can email and double check before you commit.
Anyhow. I've had fun "designing" some sporrans and thought other slackers may wish to goof off with this too.

Gee thanks. Just what I needed something else to distract me from work. As if X-marks wasn't enough.

When i was trying to decide on my sporran being Acrylabeast or beaver I played around with this. They just don't offer the Canadian cantle I wanted unless you order the beaver. Don't know if for the price one is already paying a further $20 odd for a custom that is basically the same is worth it. They are making my sporran from scratch as it is. How much harder would it be for the maker to reach into a different bin for badger dangly bits?

Guys they just don't exist. They're like tamed Greater Arctic Acryla-Beast, an inexpensive kilting addiction or my kilt check last week. Don'tcha think we would have seen something more than an artist's conception? It's just a ploy by Jerry to keep his flying squirrel entertained.
We are just hamsters in a wheel.

Curse you! Now I must suffer even more due to my lack of money for anything but food and text books, for I now know what wonderful sporrans I must forgo!
A thousand curses upon the cost of education!
