Another reason (excuse) to wear a kilt...
Epididymitus.
Very painful. Couldn't wear pants if I had to. And I had to for work. That seam is in the exactly wrong place. Impossible to sit and bend. When I got home I kilted up (Sweet Freedom!) and headed to the clinic. I now have happy pills and will shortly be drifting off into the bliss of narcotic induced, pain-free sleep. But I thought I'd share if someone was looking for a good excuse for the boss or whatever.

A clinical reason ought to be acceptable to the boss. Far better that the employee should come to work kilted than stay home on sick leave. It was a leg injury that got me started wearing a kilt to work - I was hobbling around on crutches and it would have been physically impossible to put on trousers so I strapped a kilt round my waist and went to work kilted. The kilt was so well received that I continued to wear a kilt to work once or twice a week after my injury had healed.

Maybe your doctor could give you an Rx to wear a kilt, or that bifurcated garments are contraindicated...

Better yet get the Dr. dude to give you a prescription for unbifurcated garments. I got a perscription for a $1500 knee brace and my works drug plan covered it without blinking.

A kid I knew in high school had a "spinning" problem, causing something similar...
He didn't wear kilts though...he just drank more. You could give that excuse to your boss. "Well, it's this, or I start taking shots every 15 minutes..."

Now THAT is brilliant!
