Kilt Night in NYC
The next kilt night for the NY Metro area is set for Tuesday, Nov. 13th, at 5:30 P.M.
Locale: St. Andrew's Pub 120 West 44th Street (between 6th & 7th Avenues) 212-840-8413.
This establishment advertises itself as the city's ONLY Scottish pub and boasts kilted bartenders.
The bar space here is not large, so we're thinking of reserving a table or two for the restaurant section. Thus a headcount of those planning to come would be really helpful.

Sounds like a wonderful place, wish I was in NYC!

I was wondering the same thing, I thought you were the keeper of the sacred digital photos.

Oh, my! Unfortunately I've misplaced my USB cable somewhere under a pile of kilts. But does that make me something like the Regional Vice-Keeper of Maps?

I'll be there for the kilt night, possibly with wife; as Galician knows, she refuses to go quietly into kilt-widowhood, God bless her. I/we might be a little later than 5, though. I think you should push it back to 6 or 6:30!

Late Night Outing?
I think that starting too late on a weeknight could have its own problems. But, having seen how kilted men can party, I'm sure that arriving that much later than the suggested starting hour won't deprive one of the chance to party.
But can we say that gathering will start 5:30-6:00?

Who's coming?
I'd just like to clarify who's planning to come on the 13th? So far I have Cirthalion and his lovely consort committed, with one other person as a possible. Is that it???
Plus I'd like to toss out now the question as to whether holding a gathering for December would be a good idea, given the number of celebrations going on for the holiday season.

I'm in for the 13th. I probably won't be able to make a get together in December.
