I'll expect to see pictures next Saturday night.

Only of Grant's new friend, mind, not the kilt-check.

Yah, I'm just gettin' too old for that $*%^&! I thought the Mudmen were going on at 9:00. Didn't realize there were TWO opening acts and that the Mudmen wouldn't be taking the stage until after 12:30! LOL! I knew my kids would be waking me up about 5:45 this morning and I wanted to have more than three hours sleep.

The first band was...ummm...interesting, but not bad. The second band was pretty good but I forgot my ear plugs and my ears were bleeding by the end of the second song. I spent FAR too many hours...days...months...years in bars just like that in years gone past, only I was one of the wankers with a guitar on stage, but I really did some damage to my eardrums. If I want them to last the rest of my life I now need to be a little careful.

Sorry I missed the "kilt check." Even more sorry that I missed the kilt-checker Though my employer probably would have had a problem with me following that tiny kilt down that dark corridor....

And I note MacHummel was a no-show... And I even brought a sporran for him to have a wee peak at. :buttkick: (just kidding 'bout the butt kick)

But fun was had by all. and I look forward to another opportunity to hang out with the kilted gang from the greater horseshoe. And the leather CC was very

Somebody stop me...I'm on smilie overload...

PS - who rides the Shadow 1100? I lost track of who was who by the end of the night.

Firstly thank you McMurdo for trying to save what little reputation i have left with the ladies .
Secondly Scout, thank you () for pointing out my pathetic reputation with the ladies.

For the record I consider that I have yet to be "kilt checked".

Georgetown was a kilt lift with aptly timed photography.
Dunneville was a Robert coerced kilt check that by the photos was just a shirt check.
Dunneville was an upkilt shot by one of Improv's friends.
last night was cupping to indicate where my sporran should go through two thicknesses of RKilts buttery soft leather.

Have I mentioned that I am a handsome man with gorgeously long flowing golden lock and a shapely firm buttocks!

The closest I got to an actual kilt check was Emma's in July (?). That was when McMurdo (being the friend he is) at the last second stepped in front (behind) of me to absorb the impending kilt check. Sort've like he threw himself onthat grenade to save my life. I haven't forgiven him since.

Yes we all noticed that too. When Pete is around Mudmen he's like a screaming 11 year old girl. The one who wasn't going (me) was there!

We even met one kid from fergus that said he knew the Fergus Kilt maker Pete.

It would be McMurdo with the bike. The rest of us grew up . Robert of RKilts also rides.

Ahem...growing up just means getting a bigger bike!

At our wedding we had a motorcycle escort. I'll never forget the sight of my best man kilted with a PC on his motorcycle leading the procession. Now, THERE's a trick!
