Yeah, I'm sorry guys but I don't agree with the "gotta start somewhere" line of thought on this one. I mean come on... this is indeed a classic case of a "kilt don't." The least he can do is wear it correctly. I'm dead-set against telling a man what he should wear under his kilt. But, THIS is something all together different.
You would think a guy that "scratches himself" in front of thousands of people on a regular basis wouldn't mind shucking the jeans....Ron
...and according to his story on Letterman last night, one of his previous celebration dances he wore a jersey and his skivies...surely he could have lost the jeans. I missed the first five minutes of his interview and I'm not sure if they talked about the kilt wearing.
Well, I'm going to be kilted Friday nite in the city and I hope it corrects some of the kilt donts Pap did. I think it is no big deal thoe. At least he put it on...good Job Rocky for getting it to him....
Any other Boston kilters want to link up for a pint or three?
I'll post in the kilt nite section too....
“Live each season as it passes; breathe the air, taste the fruit, drink the drink, and resign yourself to the influences of each.” H.D. Thoreau
Well the PA Announcers at the rally were trying to figure out when Paps was going to change into the kilt properly....so he put it on, just not properly. I on the other hand have a business meeting tomorrow with my client from Ireland and I will be wearing my kilt without jeans. You know, once you start wearing it, you find out you really need more than one...so I just ordered another from SWK. Psyched! hey if there is a Kilt night in Boston, I am in.
