Thanks! We're doing ok, but the house and the truck both cost a lot less than you might think. We will, however, finally be debt-free aside from a very small mortgage on the house. Can't wait for that!

The joys of moving away from the insane Alberta market to the calmer Manitoba one. Selling any property in Calgary will bring in enough to get close to clear title here. What takes you out to Neepawa?

The joys of moving away from the insane Alberta market to the calmer Manitoba one. Selling any property in Calgary will bring in enough to get close to clear title here. What takes you out to Neepawa?

We're moving to get away from the stress of life in Calgary. This city has changed too much over the past few years. It's gotten too big too fast, traffic is an absolute nightmare, and crime has taken over every corner of the city. Neepawa will be a very refreshing change of life for us.

I was born and raised in Dauphin and always liked Neepawa, and it was just happenchance that we found the house that we bought. It will be really nice being close to Clear Lake, and I still have family in the Minnedosa area.

Because we're heavily mortgaged on our house in Calgary we won't clear enough to pay cash for the new place, but it will be close. We should be mortgage-free within a year or two. We will, however, have enough cash to pay for the little hotrod. Man's gotta have his toys, ya know!

Another bonus is there's alot of work available in Neepawa and I've pretty much already nailed down a job. Just have to have a face to face interview. Karen is making a few calls on Monday to see what she can find.
