Rocky, you do realize that since we're within driving distance, if I start bouncing off the walls waiting for this, my wife will just send me to visit you and Kelly when she gets tired of me.
If they outlaw guns, can we go back to using swords?

    Verlyn,

I am also within driving distance. But if my wife finds out that I am waiting for this the last thing I will hear is Mrs. Perldog saying "How do you reload this thing?".

Couldn't be happier though. Have wanted a Navy tartan the minute I decided to wear a kilt. 13 oz wool holds no particular attraction to me. Really wanted one I could pub crawl in as well as more sedate outings. PV seems to fit the bill.

    Rocky,

Sorry, but I don't know the difference between a casual and a semi-trad???

Check the website...a lot more cloth in the semi-trad. Both are great. I have a LOT of both but have come to prefer the semi-trad

    OK,

I'm in for a semi-trad, but won't be able to submit my funds until late November and it will have to be by Western Union - wire transfer...Will that suffice?

I spoke to the mill yesterday. They have "estimated delivery date Nov 19" in their system. However, they have it on the "production schedule" for Dec 1.

When I pointed out that it's very tough to deliver goods that have yet to be woven, the gent told me that he would speak to production and sort this out and see if they can push the production schedule up. I should know something by tomorrow.

I promise... I will post up here as soon as I receive the material in my hot little hands and you can all start jonesing even harder.
