    FYI

I just tried to buy some more so I could piece together a kilt but Gordon says they are now down to 2 meters. Also the discolorations on mine do not look like oil--they appear more like bleached spots, almost as if an attempt was made to remove stains.

I am still not complaining, I know I got a great deal. Blind hem attachment, here I come!

Whoah! Glad I didn't wait any longer.

Hey, we bought up all of that run, then.... that's great. Gordon still got killed on the price, but at least it didn't sit there on the slhelves for ten years collecting dust and annoying everybody. He got SOME of his investment back, anyway.

    AND

.....sounds like a mess of us are going to be making 4-yard box pleat kilts.

My 2 meters was awaiting me when I got home from work today. Yipee!

Imagine my surprise when I opened the parcel to find 2.5 meters! The selvedge is as chewed up as any I've seen pictured here, but I cannot find any stains whatsoever, so that's just fine.

Now the problem. With that extra length (Thanks Gordon!) I could make a 5-yard knife pleat instead of a 4-yard box-pleat. Oh the anguish of yet another decision! What to do? What to do?
