[McFarkus]

A fractious person is bad enough, but to be way too fractious requires many years of persistent practice.

I understand. My goal in life is to become an old curmudgeon and so far all I have attained is being an old codger.

My Forum Name began as Mkfarkus which I've used elsewhere on the net based on a nickname my foster son gave me. My first name is Mark and I objected strongly to Marky Mark so he tried Marcus Farkus and eventually just Farkus.

So one day someone in the kilted community made a (natural) mistake and called me McFarkus. Since that seemed appropriate, I asked the moderators to change my screen name (now that I think of it, if I'm Farkus, my SON would be McFarkus_.
