Hello From Northumberland 2
Hello,
Well i'm McGurk's fiancee, in 42 days i shall be his wife. So hello from Northumberland!
I must say, i've been browsing these threads for a day or two. Men who are getting married, i have this to say to you. It IS your wedding too, wear what you want not what she decides, have an opiniond on colour schemes, venues, favours, who's invited! It isn't just the brides wedding. McGurk is wearing a kilt because i let him wear what he wanted, everything we've booked has been discussed and agreed by both parties. Really, it's your day as much as your brides! Any way, that's that said.
So yes, i'm from Northumberland, England and i bought McGurk his first adult kilt a few weeks ago when we went to Edinburgh for my birthday.

Congratulations on the forthcoming wedding and by respecting each other's right to choose what to wear, it reads like you already have the foundations for a long and happy marriage.
