    Welcome from an old Richmond hand.

    You're kinda in kilt heaven with the old Scottish stores in Alexandria and Williamsburg and the new one over in Manassas (??? did I get that right??).

    And there are lots of kiltmakers cranking out military tartans and camos in all types of fabrics.
