Congrats on the new kilt, can't wait to see the pictures. A Newsome box pleat is on my short wish list which keeps getting longer and longer.

Congratulations! You're in for a real treat. I liked my recently received Newsome box pleated kilt so much I got right back in line for another one.

How long was it in the mail before you received it?

I hope so. I forget which version I ordered - If I recall right it was the Lamont Ancient.

Well, that's an interesting question. Matt sent the kilt to me via FedEx on a Monday. It arrived at my apartment complex on Wednesday. I wasn't home to receive the package so the FedEx guy (or gal) decided to entrust my $350 kilt to the idiots at the rental office. They signed for the kilt, put it asside for pickup and promptly closed early for Thanksgiving (even though their posted hours for Thanksgiving eve didn't mention an early closure). When I got home from work at 4pm, I headed to the office to pick up my kilt. What I found was that it was locked in the rental office until the following Friday. Damn! I ordered my kilt when I did specifically to wear to my parents house on Thanksgiving. Instead, I left town empty handed leaving my kilt in the rental office. I'm buying a house next year so I don't have to deal with crap like that again.

Congrats, Don. If you don't own a digital camera and have an account with PhotoBucket, then you know what to do while you await the arrival of the delivery man . . . uh, person.

    We need photos forthwith.
