Okay...I'm hooked...just couldn't follow up on the Mongolia listing...I mean hey...couldn't find anything about the St. Andrew's day celebration but I did find that there is an IRISH PUB in Mongolia!!! Who'd have ever thunk it? And they seem to be doing very very well.
