Where aren't we yet?
Ron,
You got me thinking, any kilties in the Bahamas? I can't tell from the Frapper Map, (image unavailable.) I'll be going to Grand Bahama in April, actually staying with an English couple, there must be some Scots there somewhere. How are you searching, (what key words, etc.) for Scots around the world? It would be great to meet some fellow kilties whilst in the islands mon!
Thanks,
David

Just googled for "pub bahamas" and came up with Shenanigans
http://www.butlersspecialty.com/shenanigans/index.htm
looks like a fun place, from the pics in their gallery
As far as societies, if you haven't checked the lists above give them a look or just google for "bahamas scottish" "bahamas St. Andrews" etc.
I thought we had at least one of the rabble down that way...???

Shenanignans
I forgot about Shenanigans, haven't been to Grand Bahama in a couple of years, I've crawled out of Shenanigans on several occasions, not likely to meet any kilties there, other than me....... It's kind of a touristy place(although the locals party there some as well,) right in the middle of Port Lucaya, good food, plenty of Guinness, pretty much party central after the sun goes down.
Thanks,
David

As I understand it, several members of the band attended the College of Piping in Glasgow. They take their piping very seriously.
