    Another vote for WPG hose

Last night I wore my new What Price Glory khaki British "full hose" for the first time. Wow are they nice! I'm 6'3", and they are long enough for a triple fold over. Sturdy and WARM. The large size is just right for my size 13 feet.

Sounds nice... three fold overs, hmmm.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

I need some brown (khaki) hose for my weathered stuff. I think I'll try these.

    Thanks.

I looked at the website and didn't see any sizing. Is it a one-size-fits all sort of a deal?

    Cheers

I tried to shrink mine down a bit b wahing and drying in the machine - no shrinkage and no pilling or felting. I was so suspicious I tried a burn test - yup, they're wool. I have three pair, two in Khaki, one in olive (the olive shades more to the green side). So wear 'em and wash 'em wi'out worryin'.

I wear size 9 shoes so Jerry at WPG suggested medium size hose. They fit perfectly and have become my favorite kilt hose. While I'm at it - a big thank you to Moosedog for the stellar review a while back.

Dang it now that you all got me thinking about WPG kilt hose I'm going to have to order a second pair!

As someone 6'4 that also has a size 13 foot, that is the kind of review I needed. I may have to have a closer look at a pair of hose from WPG.
