Oh, I do so miss shoveling snow, pushing cars, jumping batteries, getting kids dressed, heating bills. I must say, if it's going to snow, I like a lot.

Now that is the kind of storm I have been waiting for all season. (For the last 5 or 6 in fact. Blast this drought.) Enjoy a nice cup of cocoa with a shot of Bailey's and remember to throw snow with your hips and not your back.

Yes, much snow fell here too! I got stuck in our parking lot driving my wife to work. It amazed me that the mall (where she works) was still open. Hard evidence of the greed of Christmas unfortunately. Instead of shopping at our new temporarily 24-7 Mall-Wart, my daughter and I drank hot chocolate at home. An infinitely preferable experience!

I suppose that a kilted guy with a snow shovel is one thing but that a kilted guy with a snow blower might be much more impressive.
And if that kilted guy with the snow blower was followed by a piper who's playing was drowning out the noise of the snow blower, that would be even more impressive...and it'd be a really good reason for some serious ear protection!

I had a friend stop by last night (to check up on his Christmas present ) I think he was at my house for 30 min and we had to dig him out. It has been a few years since we had a December like this weather wise!
Nice pics, I bet you were really warm.

Did you accidently shovel all your snow on to your neighbor's driveway?
