Very little snow and no sandstorms here in Scotland. It has been dry but quite cold, with the overnight temperature falling to 14 fahrenheit last night and not getting above freezing during the day. This is our local High Street this afternoon.
Plenty of hoar frost forming at night when the sun goes down. This was taken a few minutes ago just outside the back door and you can see the hoar frost beginning to form on the grass again; indeed it was so cold I had difficulty getting the camera to operate.
