I spoke with a friend who is our local pipe band today. He said that the capes are great to keep out the rain.

I got e-mails from three band members (don't know why they didn't post?) and all three swear by Mr Anthony's Band Spec cape. Yesterday, I also e-mailed Mr. Anthony, and he answered promptly with the below stateside sources.

1) I like J Higgins, I can drive to them if I want.
2) Don't plug the holes in your crocs, you will either float away or they will fill up with water.
