Hello from Kentucky

Hi, all! Before I get too involved in the forum, I guess I should introduce myself. My name's Dana. I'm a native of Lexington, KY, and I have Scottish roots on both sides of the family. Mom's side were MacNabs, and Dad's mother was born in Glasgow. She had that biting Scottish humor, that's for sure. My favorite phrase of hers was "if you don't like my dirty house, go the hell home to your own." Anyway, my boyfriend is a member of the site, and he's also of Scottish descent on his mom's side, generations back. He's the one who sucked me into the forum, after posting pictures of us at his gym's Christmas party. So, I will be dropping in from time to time to comment, quip, whatever.
