I'd prefer real cheese the way the French have it, myself, still alive. Everything here is pasteurized and dead. Overheard a Frenchman once say "Of course we do not keep the cheese in the refrigerator. I would no more put cheese in the refrigerator than I would put my cat in the refrigerator. It is alive, and the cold would kill it just the same."
Besides, all the happy cows live in California.
I like cheeseheads, and have lots of friends in Wisconsin, so don't bit me 'ead off.
