Colorado Kilt Night
Hey all you Colorado Kilties, it's time to start planning a kilt night. We haven't had one for a while but then again, it's been a busy time of year. Let's start looking at a kilt night in January. We can do it anywhere between Denver and Colorado Springs now. Chime in with your thoughts.
Here in the Springs we have Jack Quinns, Dublin House, and several other possibilities.

Of course there is always Pints Pub up in Denver. "Pints Pub has the largest selection of single malt whisky available in the United States with over 120 distilleries represented and over 260 expressions" [shamelessly snipped from their web site]
So, is anyone in Colorado ready for another kilt night after the first of the year?

I'm in! When is this thing happening? I have an idea. Let me check with some friends of mine, and I'll get back to you.

What about a New Years party in Fort Collins? I know there's a place there that serves haggis.

I won't have any time till the weekend of the 11th/12th of Jan. Especially if it is that far north, that's about a 3 hour drive one way I'd go for something at the Celtic Tavern, Pints Pub or somewhere south of there. Celtic Crossing Restaurant at 363 Village Square Lane in Castle Pines would work or Jack Quinns in downtown Colorado Springs.

I'm up in the air with my schedule, so wherever you guys select, I could possibly make it.

Only reason I suggested a Ft Collins New Years Eve party is that I'll be there- my blood brother lives there, and I'm spending New Years with him. So otherwise, any weekend would be great, except for the 5th, which is my daughters birthday.

Ok, here's my choice. Saturday, Jan 12th, at 6:30 at the Celtic Crossing Restaurant at 363 Village Square Lane in Castle Pines. That looks like a good compromise for the 3 or 4 of us to the South and the dozens of you up North

Meeting in the middle like that makes sense to me. As long as they have beer and some single malt I'll be happy
