help with buying a cheep kilt

hey,

i just need some help in buying a kilt cuz i know hardy anything about them,
i want 1 that is about £50 iv seen some on ebay im thinking of buying this.....

i don't want the kilt to be baggy and look like a skirt like iv seen with other cheep kilts. i want it to be quite tight.

im a punk and i dress like 1. im buying a kilt cuz iv always loved celtic culture and music. so ill be wearing the kilt with my cloths i normally ware ill never dress formal so anything traditional isn't really important.

im very poor!! so the prise is important lol.
