mothers side
fraser of lovat, her maiden name is a sept of them.
Bell or MacMillan, my grandmother was a bell.
father side
My surname name is connected to the angus district tartan (they can't make up their mind if it's a district or a clan tartan).
MacNicol, greatgrandmother was a mcnicol, from portree, came onto the main land and dropped the Mac to just nicol.
i'll have to ask more about this
a also don't own a tartan kilt, but thinking about it
i scot with out a kilt, lol
going out with a girl who's a McDowell
