btw, I think you will really like the WPG kilt. The straps and buckles are no good but the kilt is really wonderful and warm-its very heavy and after a few days of wearing fits pretty darn good for a non-custom made kilt!

I've run into several people here that know the area. Which honestly surprises me, because I had no idea there were this many Scots in the area. I actually didn't find out I was Scotch-Irish until I had joined the Army. I ran into a soldier who did genealogy as a hobby, which got me started. I grew up a Lutheran and therefore thought I was German. Imagine my surprise when I asked my parents and they said we were Lutheran because it was the closest church to their childhood homes.
