My apologies to you all. I know I said that the cap badges would be done by now.
With the holidays the sewing ladies have been off and I have been handling the shop alone. Kilts must still be sewn. And to top it off I promised myself I would use this time to finish the drywall and painting of the showroom.
The cap badge kinda got put on the back burner. I have the belt portion finished and am working on the lettering. As this is completely hand carved in wax it is hours spent under magnifiers with a scalpel carving each letter.
I'll finish painting tomorrow and will be able to get back on the cap badge on Wednesday.
Again I apologize for the delay.

Thanks Steve - We know you have a life also. There are just so many of us that want the chance to show our fielty to this clan.

Please put me on the waiting list too! BTW, any kilt pins or other "X-Marks" regalia available?

As my Grampa used to say, wagging his finger at me,"When the job is done no one but you will know for sure how long it took, but every fool will be able to tell at a glance how well it was done." And my brother would nod and say, "We never have time to do it right, just to do it over." He and Grampa never did get on well.

Wait, did we vote on this??? Since when are we allowing Steve to have a life. His sole purpose is to provide us with kilts and related accessories.

It would not matter if all the members of the rabble voted unanimously. It would not matter if you all came to Victoria and sat in the shop till it was done.
Around here there is only one vote that counts and that is held by Bobbie. Her "Honey do" list is impressive.

Steve, it sounds like those of us that live in the area should stop by this weekend and help clean up that list. Good thing I live to far away
