How about holding your own? Seriously, one of the best Burns Suppers I go to is a private gents-only Burns Night, only about 20 members.
Sometimes the small Burns Suppers are the best ones.

I haven't found one down here it the Springs either. If you hear about another, let me know. Another option might just be for a bunch of us Front Range Kilties to get together for our own, even if we don't have the haggis
