Maryland and environs Kilt Night

Sir,

I only wish I were stationed at Ft. Carson, Colorado a much better place than Kansas there are no mountains here!

That picture was taken while I was stationed at Fort Huachuca Arizona, I was in the all-volunteer B Troop 4th US Cavalry (memorial) and we represented the Indian War period. I applied, interviewed, and did an audition with folks here at Ft. Riley, they wanted me, but unfortunately, because of my technical job and rank of SSG I was deemed untouchable.

I think depending on specific date we could be able to make it. A Saturday would be better for us as Sunday is usually quite busy.

Did you have any dates in mind?

Weekend afternoons are generally fine with me, except for those Saturdays when something else is going on. And teh Ram's Head sounds fine. I haven't been to their Savage Mill location, but I like their Annapolis store.

Isn't that the same day as the other thread about a Burns night kilt night? With that being said i will be in Dumfries at the Ferintosh Burns Supper fighting jetlag and various ailments.

Or is this the finalization of THAT kilt night?
