Thanks,
Looking forward to it.
Kevin.
Count me!
Mexpiper fka Sam
"Ah, Mexpiper... This one's on the 25th, the Friday night, at the Scottish Rite in Hamilton. I have one on the 19th and another on the 26th as well.
btw... are you up to piping this one? I don't mind if you do. For some reason, my wife of no Scottish heritage, doesn't like me practising in the hoose and it's been a wee bit cold on the fingers to find a remote place outside."
No I don't own pipes...never finished my lessons....As to the date my fingers were not working!

I'm definite - Gary, aka Wompet.
And like Dave and Grant, I'll be coming alone.

The buggers, that's where I met Robert and Pete. It's also where I got my first and only kilt check as the band warmed the ladies up...

I may have missed it, but do we have an arrival time in mind?

Depending on when everything wraps up, I may have to make a small detour on the way home.

lol That has been in my thoughts, too. I need to be at the Scottish Rite at least a half hour before others to warm up and get set up. I figured about 6:30 to pipe in the haggis?

That sounds about right to me I'll try to call the reverend and see what he has to say today.

Participation Lyrics ( I have about 18 printed)
Let Kings and courtiers rise and fa',
This world has mony turns,
But brightly beams aboon them a', the star o' Rabbie Burns.
*******************************
Come now, gather now, here where the flowers grow,
White is the blossom as the snow on the ben.
Hear now, freedom's call, we'll make a solemn vow,
Now, by the Roses of Prince Charlie.
********************************
And we'll all go together, to pluck wild mountain thyme.
All around the bloomin' heather. Will ye go, Lassie go?
