Flogging Molly-Atlanta March 6th
Anybody have plans to go see FM in Atlanta at the Tabernacle on March 6th? This looks like the closest they will be to me so I'm planning on going and would love to have a group of kilties at the show. Or at any nearby pubs beforehand!

Turpin and Demobud I hope you can both make it.
Also, I found some motels within a block or two while searching online. Are these good, bad, ugly? What would the local recommend?

I may be in on this as well.
What motels are you looking at? I live not more than 5 minutes away, I can scout them out for you.
You may also want to look into The Ellis on Peachtree. It was just renovated and it's right near the tabernacle. Hotels.com gave it 4 stars and has it listed for a lot less than the other big hotels in the area.

I'd have to look again to be sure, but I know a Holiday Inn was just across a parking lot from the venue. There were some others listed within a few blocks in every direction

There's quite a few hotels in that area, that's literally downtown Atlanta.

Google earth shows a Best western, Hampton and Marriot all one block away on Spring street too.

There are some chain motels very close. I have never stayed in them, but would imagine they are like the others in their franchise.
You might find B&B's in Inman Park and Midtown more interesting, though further from the Tabernacle, if you like them.
