*get up and walk around alot.

*Wear shoes that you can take off , but that will still fit when your feet are asuffering from the altitude swelling (I prefer flip flops for this)

* Drink a ton of water

* download the newest Barleyjuice album (Bonnie Prince Barley) onto your iPod and catch up on your reading.

* stretch

* flirt with the good looking stewadesses (or the not as good looking one sif it gets you an extra pillow, meal, or warm face cloth

and last but not least, be thankful that you are on a flight that is measured in the hours, not on a road trip or ocean liner that could take days, weeks, or even months.
