How about British laws? Are they subject to those?

I guess I was silly enough to think that someone in the Kilt sales industry would have sense enough to avoid that one.

I probably didn't make myself clear enough. Frankly, the baseless finger-pointing had me wound up enough it's a miracle my post is even coherent. I agree, it's time to find out the truth and work with it. The silly "yes, you did", "no, I didn't" type of posts have gone on long enough.

Let's get the facts and deal with them.

I would like to point out that FC responded to postings in another forum this morning, but have failed to address this issue. Seems to me that that is telling to their position.

Just to clarify, FC responded to another forum post early yesterday morning, not today http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/f....html?p=478797 .

I'm not defending them as this thread was already asking the questions at that time, but alot of the debate on this continued long after FC had last visited the site yesterday morning. If they want to publicly reply to this I am sure they will, otherwise they may choose to only reply to any interested customers.

That's their choice.

Or you can just not buy an Isle of Skye kilt from them until you are personally satisfied, instead of calling for a commercially damaging action on something that may not even be the case...

That's just it. It has YET to be seen. And, as referrenced in the older thread, they show little concern for these things and contempt when questioned. So, as also previously stated, it's more than justified to question them on this matter. And yet, they still remain silent.
