It sometimes seems like gentlemen are rare in this world, but they seem to be in abundance here. This place and its members are truly special. Thanks for all of the support.
I hope that I didn't make it sound like the weekend was negative, because that is the opposite of what I intended. I was astounded at the level of curiosity that people have, and the flirting that came from so many (and varied) women. The snide remarks from a few did not taint the encouragement I received from so many. And knowing that all of you guys are out there somewhere doing the same thing as me (and for much longer) is very comforting. What an excellent barometer you all are!

You have to realize that the kilt is a social garment. You'll always be at least noticed, and you'll never run out of folks who just have to come up and say something. All parts of the same whole.
