That's better! It's been a while since the last good gathering in the DFW area, so if we come to a concensus on a locale and time, I'll make an effort to be there!

got an invitation from The Tipperary Inn for a Macallan whiskey tasting.....

Come out to The Tipp on Wednesday January 30th starting at 7:00pm.

This Spirit Night event is a sampling and education of a special rare range of Macallan whiskeys that are sure to please your palet.

There is a $20 fee for this event to cover the tasting along with Rarebit appetizers and a selection of cheeses to compliment the tasting!.
Come early and have dinner, or stay after and be social with your friends.

Oh man! I really like Macallen scotch, but I have a class to teach on Wednesday. I wouldn't be able to get there until 8:30 or so. I wonder how late it will go?

We met Mark after his performance this PAST Friday....but he may still be in performance this coming Friday.

Yeah, I missed it as well... I made an effort, but Friday night ended up going to crap on me. I did attend the Dallas Burns night on Saturday though, but I didn't see any of you there.

Just FYI: Rain or shine, I will be playing the pipes at the North Texas Irish Fest, so plan accordingly (earplugs ect ect...) :P
