What a great night it was to celebrate our Bard’s 249th Birthday with the Scottish Society of Fredericksburg. You can click here to read my summary of the night.
Here are your two Xmarkers wearing proudly their finest. Gatorneck is wearing his latest purchase of the SWK Leatherneck. He does the Marines proud! For me my first kilt, my Malcolm tank.
I am indeed a blessed man. My wife endures my shenanigans in accompanying me when she would much rather be at our hearth with the kids. I purchased several raffle tickets and invited her to place them on the items she would be interest in. Sharon is a physical therapist. As grace would have it she won this lovely cane sword with a pewter dragon head. She could have not been more pleased! Which rings true that ole Scottish saying a great reward will come to the wife who endures her husband’s foibles!

Nice pix. As a collector and lover of walking sticks of every stripe, the cane sword is a beauty, not to mention the lovely lass holding it.
Tell gatorneck I said, "Semper Fi."

Freedom is not free, but the US Marine Corps will pay most of your share.
