Dennis did an excellent job bashing and buttering the neeps and tatties.

(Are you sure that's enough butter? You really need more pepper. Coarse of course. )

While Dennis was busy bashing and I taking photos KilitedKop45 was busy guarding the whisky...



and Matt was practicing his reading for the supper...



The atmoshpere at Ferintosh was very industrious. Of course we all went to the Waverly Pub after the bashin' and butterin' were done.

That's great! I hope you don't mind Mark, but that is such an excellent way to do "Red Red Rose" that we have to adopt it for the Nor Cal Burns Night next year!
