I'm sorry String. It seems to have to do with the cooller winter season and stuff, so indoor aloes might not bloom. It kind of looks like an asparagus stalk coming out of the center of the rosette of leaves, and then the orange blooms form at the top of the stock, then become pods... Just to make it a little more boring, mine are tiger aloes: Aloe Variegata.

I learn every day! No need to be sorry, I like to learn new bits of mostly useless information. The fact that it's cool info on plants and such helps too.
