Sorry I keep rewriting this post, String. It just doesn't sound right when I re-read it, and I also wanted to make it clear that I do not have a degree in Botany or Ag... That being said, I can safely say that the garlic and elephant garlic is doing quite well, and I have a pet Venus's Fly Trap that lives in a plastic jar...
