    Ontario tartan in wool.

Just seeing what interest there is in Ontario tartan. Kirkbright & Fraser have it availiable in 10.5 oz, what the interest in the heavier weights? What about P-V? Not multiple choice poll, select only one.

If I were to go for the Ontario Tartan it would have to be in 16oz wool. 10.5 just would not do it for kilt weight in my opinion.

I have a few other kits I would like in wool first so I would prefer the heavy weight PV.
If there was a big runand the price was right I would consider it in 14-16 oz wool. I would let Peter at CCK do it one way or the other.

PS. The Ensign looks nice, very nice.

Grant I can get it in most of those weights from Locharron of Scotland i would like to go and get it made by MM in the same PV they did the ML in but I would need the numbers of folks paid upfront to go ahead and get it done maybe if you folks are super interested I'll get a special weave of it done. I'll ask MM what they can do and what weave times are.

Why not email Gordon and see if he will send out a swatch of the Ontario wool so you guys can all check it out at the next SOKS meeting.

D*mn you, Grant! You evil, evil fiend.

I just mentioned in another thread that I've had my eye on that tartan for over a year now and here you go with this one. Arghhhhhhhhh. I should punch a hole in the Maple Leaf (the derigible not the kilt) for this.

Yes, I'd be interested. I'd prefer the heavyweight PV but 14 oz wool is attractive as well.

    Arghhhhhhh!

You know Dee, you're very pretty when you're angry. With that vein pulsing in that ever expanding forehead of yours.

PV? I want wool for our chilly winters! You shall vote wool.
