Liquor laws in the United States are even more irrational and inconsistent than the Internal Revenue Code, probably because their two purposes are to raise revenue and to remind us of our Puritan heritage. The best advice I can offer is to find out precisely what laws apply to the location in which you settle and visit the liquor stores there to find out what they have. If their stocks are not satisfactory, inquire if they will special-order for you and at what cost.

My own experience is that the more exotic laws are rarely enforced, but what enforecement there is is particularly vicious and expensive. People who have transported their own supplies from D. C, to Pennsylvania, for example, have forfeited their cars as well as their money and their liberty.
