First they are fine looking hose thanks for sharing the photos.

Second I think I need a pair or two.

Third, any thought as to how they will do for those of us who have large calves?

Never thought I'd be measuring my calves, but mine are 16" at the widest point, and the hose fit fine for me. After a day of wearing them up high, they seem to have a little less 'spring back' than my other pairs of hose, and could therefore be more comfortable on larger calves (less of an end-of-day strangling feel?), but they might benefit from garters in case there's not enough elasticity in the knit to keep them up over a long day.

Don't know, but I used their site, and I don't think I've received faster service anywhere online. No sooner had I placed the order and received an immediate e-mail than I got another e-mail saying the order had shipped. Ordered on a Friday, got it on a Monday: thanks to Jerry at WPG and USPS!

I couldn't help it!! I ordered two pair myself. I got the large based on the advice of the order-taker. They are on the long side, but fold down quite nicely. These are of excellent quality, too. I'm very pleased with them. Thanks for the advice and pics, MD.

WPG must ber wondering why there is a sudden run on their khaki hose.
