? Sorry nervous reaction when I hear that title in public. You know flashes do complete a kilt, whether it be in a matching tartan or a complimentary colour. They also make a wonderful father's day gift, inexpensive yet very thoughtful. The thoughtful son could get them from the same place the kilt came or the link that fluter pointed out for the garter ties.

If you didn't get the subtle hint this was dear old Dad letting you know that his birthday/fathers day/Christmas/St. Andrew's Day/Tartan Day/Kilt Day is just around the corner and that he is tired of having his hose down at half-mast.

Take the hint boy. Get Dad some really nice flashes.
