Kind of like a head boy or girl for a college dorm.
My wife was one for 3 of the 4 years she was at college and it was a tough job.
Imagine basically having say, 2 girls and 2 guys being in charge of 44 girls and guys most of whom are 18 year old college kids desperately looking for every way possible to get into trouble without actually getting in trouble for it.
