    Fairy Odd Parents

Yesterday I was watching the Fairy Odd Parents with my son. An episode came on were the parents of the child that the show is all about, were going to a scotish festival. Both were in kilts the father in a prince charlie and the mother with bag pipes. Lots of references to underwear, and comfort.

What is the Fairy Odd Parents? A local programme I take it. And do you mean Fairy or Fairly as calling someone a Fairy here is not nice.

Well the lead characters are magic fairies with wings and wands and the like.

my tivo has decided i need to watch that program - not that i am arguing with it - and i caught that episode this morning.. very funny ep with the father in a full kilt regalia with prince charlie, kilt, sporran & tam , the wife in a tartan mini & tam and one of the fairly odd parents in a kilt as well - when his wife admonished him for not wearing underwear he switched to full Mel Gibson/Braveheart battle garb & face paint & bellowed FREEDOM... was a very funny ep indeed

Here is a link to more info about the ep.

It is pretty funny. My kids like the show.. and they laugh over the kilt references in the show!

It's one of those kid shows with a lot of 'adult' humor thrown in. Kind of like "Rocky and Bullwinkle".
