I thought it was clear enough...no communications from them...no answers to emails and no returned phone calls. To me, when a company sells me something and then don't respond to communications by me leads me to believe that if I do in fact have a problem whith the order, I may never get it resolved or it will be a lot more trouble than what it's worth. As of right now, it looks to me to be poor customer service.
