Though I certainly don't wish to stir the pot any more than it has been, I thought an update might be in order.

I did finally get a call from one of the Marks (not sure which) but it was after I left work, and I then received an email this past Saturday from Mark B stating that they had delays in the products and that it should ship out Tuesday.

Though it was a wee slow in coming as explained by Mark W.(as to when they get to emails and phone messages see post #32) the answers were provided and were more than adequate.
