I recieved word back via e-mail from this vendor yesterday.
They report shipping would be 40 pounds (make that ~$80), UPS.
So, with the 110 pounds + 40 to ship... 150 pounds, about $300 US dollars.

They also told me the Duke of Fife tartan was 13 oz from Locharron.
I don't see that tartan in Locharron's line-up, but I always have at House of Edgar.
Maybe they don't know their details well?
