    Kilted at work...

So, I decided to come to work kilted today. Not the first time, but still out of my normal daily routine. No negative comments, and lots of honest questions, the most common being "what's the occasion?" I have just been answering either that it is Friday, or that I have given up pants for Lent. Anyhow... back to it.

    Thumbs up

I work in the oil fields up on the North Slope. We have to wear flame retardant clothing here. Wonder if I can get a nomex kilt made? haha... And would need an arctic grade kilt for the winter months

Well, if you can find the material, there are a few kiltmakers here of varying experience that may be able to assist you in making one.

If my memory serves me correctly, there is at least one other local X-Marker. A Mr. Woolery I believe. We should see about getting together for a local kilt night!
