    Tag Line "Titles"

Ok I've been dying to ask where some of you got the "title" to put in your signature line. McClef is one that I can think of right off that has one, but have seen many others. Was this assigned by the mods, or is there a link somewhere to pick one. Also, how did those of you who have one decide (if it was indeed a choice) on which one to go with?

I believe the mods choose it for you after you've participated for so long. I think there's a forum FAQ where it says this. It would make sense. I mean, many of the people who hang out here have unique personalities that I'm sure the mods become familiar with.

No, he's talking about the silly long-winded titles in the signatures of some.
    McClef has several:

Reverend Earl Trefor the Sublunary of Kesslington under Ox, Venerable Lord Trefor the Unhyphenated of Much Bottom, Sir Trefor the Corpulent of Leighton in the Bucket, Viscount Mcclef the Portable of Kirkby Overblow

He's not referring to the "Kilted Elder" "Kilted Member" "Kilted Punster" "Kilted Cartographer" titles. The long-winded joke titles were the result of one of those gag online generator things. There was a thread where someone posted the link. You basically give the thing your name and it goes bananas with it.

Do you mean to say that Rigged isn't really the The Right Reverend William the Saturnine of Snotting on Wold ?

    Ah like these:

Venerable Lord Stephen the Herbaceous of Chignall Duntisbourne

I kind of like this one:

Most Noble and Honourable Chef the Idle of Giggleswick under Table

The link to do this is HERE

But this I might need to get a plaque for:

Hm, I seem to also be of 'Snotting on Wold,' except that I am "scintillating" instead of saturnine. Hey, Rigged, nice to meet a clansperson!

Ah yes, cool link. As soon as I can catch my breath from laughing at some of these I'll have to pick one.

So, what 'titles' have others of you adopted?
