Ayin, what tartan were you wearing? It's really sharp.
I'm wearing the California State Tartan, which is based of the Muir Clan Tartan. Check out this link for more information on it.

I absolutely love the colors of the California/Muir tartan. They jump out at you. The kilt I'm wearing is one of the Sport Kilt "works" which means it only has about 10 pleats in the back. I would love to purchase an 8 yard of the stuff and see the difference.

Great to see the rabble meet in person. Looks like a fun day.

I'm sure the lack of pictures of the Sonoran Scotsmen was do to the fact that "they had solemnly swore they would be up to no good"

    Cheers

    LOL.

That and I don't know if anyone in our group brought a camera. I know that Keys got some pictures taken at Fibbers, and Red got some group shots as well, but there probably still isn't very many pictures of us. All in all though, it was a fun day. The beer was priced nicely but the scotch was outrageously expensive for what they were offering. You could get a pint of beer for $4.00, but a shot of (Glenfiddich 12 Year) was 8 dollars, and it wasn't a big shot glass. It was more like a thimble full. Oh well, plenty of alcohol was drank so it's all good.

Thanks! I've never gotten to see that tartan except on SK's website. I love it too! And since I have lived there, feel that it is an appropriate item in my wardrobe.

Off the topic--I think Hamish has a beautiful shot of his (California Tartan) while on the beach...

Thanks for the pictures! Retro Red, that pleat shot is making me eager for my next kilt---Robertson Hunting Ancient to the sett, I hope.

Sorry to miss the games but thankful for the report from those who attended.
